21Social is not certified or affiliated with Instagram in any way. All Instagram logos displayed on this site are property of Instagram and Instagram only.
You agree by making a purchase or accepting this agreement that you are at least 14 years of age.
21Social is only used for marketing for your Instagram account to other Instagram users – nothing more.
The 21Social site and services are used in a way that complies with Instagram’s terms and conditions.
21Social is not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. 21Social makes no guarantees for the services we provide. 21Social is not liable or responsible for any Instagram account suspensions, holds, or bans.
5. Change of Terms
These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. Changes are considered given and effective on the date posted to our website. No further communication or notice by 21Social is required.
This is the most current Terms of Service agreement as of November 15th, 2017.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT AND COMPLY WITH ALL TERMS OF SERVICE FOR 21Social THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT. AGREEMENT IS ACCEPTED UPON THE PURCHASE OF ANY 21Social SERVICE.
6. Refund Policy
21Social is offering non-tangible goods and services. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All purchases are final. As a consumer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our website.
Absolutely no refunds AFTER your subscription has been rebilled. Cancellations MUST be done before the card is charged again – no exceptions. We do not do pro-rated refunds if you wish to stop your service during the 30 day cycle. We will honour the full 30 days that you paid for, as agreed upon.
Specific growth results are not guaranteed and REFUNDS WILL NOT BE OFFERED FOR RESULTS THAT ARE LOWER THAN YOU EXPECT. Instagram growth relies heavily on the content you (the end user) are creating and we do not have control over that. For that specific reason, results will vary greatly.
Refunds will not be issued if you did not give us your current password. It is the customers responsibility to notify us if your password has changed. Refunds and credits will not be provided for the time we did not have your current password.
7. CANCELLING OF SERVICE
Since we are a monthly subscription based service, you MUST cancel your subscription via the MY ACCOUNT portal on our website. Cancellations cannot be done via email, messenger or any other form of communication. They MUST be done by logging into your account and clicking on SUBSCRIPTIONS > VIEW > CANCEL. You will receive a cancellation email confirmation after successfully completing the steps required. Please save this email as it is your proof of cancellation. No refunds will be issued if you didn’t cancel your service before the start of a new 30 day period.
21Social reserves the right to terminate any subscription without giving prior notice.
8. REFERRAL COMMISSION PAYOUT POLICY
Customer must have an “ACTIVE” subscription on 21 Social to be paid out their referral commissions at the start of the month. If the subscription has been cancelled, you will forfeit any/all commission payouts owing. Referrals must stay active for more than one subscription payment or the referral commission will not be paid. Referral commissions are paid out at the end of the following month (IE – If your referral is in September, you will be paid at the end of the following month – October)
Referral commissions are only paid out for NEW client signups. Referrals for existing/previous clients will not be eligible for commission payouts.
21Social also reserves the right to reject any commission payouts as they see fit.
